Refund policy
NoticoPDF delivers a digital PDF on demand. Our refund policy is strict but fair, and aligned with EU consumer law.
Technical malfunction — full refund
If you pay and do not receive your PDF within 24 hours because of a malfunction of the Service, we refund in full within 5 working days of your report. Email [email protected] with your Stripe receipt and a short description.
After download — no refund
Once the PDF has been downloaded, the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m) is validly excluded (you gave express consent to immediate execution at the pre-download checkbox) and we cannot refund a “change of mind”.
Grey area — free regeneration within 7 days
If the PDF was generated correctly but contains a typo in the data you entered (own mistake), you can regenerate it for free within 7 days using the link in the receipt email. This is a courtesy, not a refund.
