What we collect and why

Form data (name, company, role, dates): transits through a Cloudflare Worker only long enough to generate your PDF, then discarded. Not persisted in any database.

Email (optional, collected by Stripe during checkout): used once to send your PDF receipt and a recovery link. Not retained by us beyond that send.

Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe Inc. under their privacy policy. We never see your card details.

Technical logs: minimal (anonymised IP, timestamp, country code) kept up to 30 days for security and debugging. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled — no cookies, no PII.

Cookies

Functional storage: the browser uses sessionStorage to hold your form data between the Stripe redirect and the return, plus localStorage to remember your cookie choice. Both are first-party, self-clearing, and considered strictly necessary — no consent required.

Analytics (opt-in): if you accept the cookie banner we load Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies (_clck, _clsk) and records anonymous session replays to help us improve the site. Nothing is loaded until you accept. You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Stripe Checkout sets its own cookies on stripe.com when you start a payment; those are covered by Stripe’s policy.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Because we do not retain personal data, most access/erasure requests are answered by confirming we have nothing to provide or delete. Payment data is held by Stripe — direct any request about that to them.

Third parties

Stripe (USA) — payment processing. Cloudflare (USA) — hosting and Workers runtime. Resend (USA) — transactional email, only if you provided an address at checkout. Microsoft Clarity (USA) — anonymous analytics + session replay, only if you accepted cookies. All under standard contractual clauses for EU data transfers.
