Terms of Service
By using NoticoPDF you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of the service
NoticoPDF is an online tool that generates resignation-letter templates based on the data you provide. It is not a law firm, does not offer legal advice, and does not represent you in any procedure.
2. No professional relationship
Using the Service does not create an attorney-client, advisory or representation relationship between you and us.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information you enter, the suitability of the generated document for your specific case, and the use you make of it. For situations that present any complexity (constructive dismissal, protected periods, special contracts) you should consult a qualified professional.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific transaction at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, lost-opportunity, lost-income or reputational damages.
5. Intellectual property
The templates and the Service interface are our property. The generated document is yours for personal use; resale and redistribution of the templates is not permitted.
6. Privacy
The Service operates in “zero storage” mode: form data is not retained on our servers beyond the time strictly needed to generate the document. Payment data is handled by Stripe under their terms. See our Privacy page for details.
7. Refunds and the EU right of withdrawal
A refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase only when a technical malfunction of the Service prevented the actual generation and download of the document.
For correctly generated and downloaded documents we do not refund, except where consumer-protection legislation applies. For EU consumers: the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to digital content delivered on non-tangible media once you have given express consent to immediate execution and acknowledged the loss of the right (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). The pre-download checkbox documents this acknowledgement.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s registered seat (to be specified). Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that seat, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of consumer law in your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on publication.
