Frequently asked questions
Why country-specific templates?
Employment law and letter-writing convention differ between countries. The notice period in the UK is contract-driven (ACAS guidance), in Italy it's set by your CCNL, and in Germany you need a wet ink signature for the letter to be legally binding (§ 623 BGB). A "universal" template would miss those nuances. Each country here gets its own template, with its own legal references and delivery guidance.

What's the privacy approach?
Zero permanent storage. Your form data transits through a Cloudflare Worker just long enough to render your PDF, then it's discarded. We do not keep a database of users or letters. Stripe holds the payment trail because tax law requires it; we don't.
